IS THERE A GUARANTEE?
We have the claim to produce high quality products under the highest social and environmental standards. Since each of our products is handmade, a mistake can happen. Therefore, it is very important for us to know about all possible quirks and dissatisfactions to be able to improve our products and processes. So if you ever find a defect in a product or are dissatisfied with the quality in any way, send us photos by mail: help@darynchook.com
Many of our products include a free repair service in our studio in Vienna.
WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
We manufacture exclusively in cooperation with family businesses in Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. In doing so, a long-standing expertise in their field as well as a pleasant working atmosphere are important to us. We are in personal contact with our production partners and visit the workshops several times a year.
We also source our materials as regionally as possible and work with processors throughout Europe. For some raw materials, such as organic cotton or TENCEL™, we are not able to source regionally. In these cases, we work with suppliers who guarantee us the highest social and ecological standards in cultivation.
